AfriPharma360™ is a healthcare coordination and family support service operated by AfriPharma Health Systems. AfriPharma360™ assists families through healthcare navigation, medication coordination support, appointment support, wellness communication, and related care coordination activities.

AfriPharma360™ is not an emergency medical service, health insurance product, medical practice, clinical diagnosis service, or replacement for direct medical care.

2. Medical Disclaimer

AfriPharma360™ does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, dispense medicines, provide medical treatment, or make clinical decisions on behalf of patients.

All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the patient and their licensed healthcare providers.

3. Emergency Situations

In a medical emergency, patients should immediately contact local emergency services or proceed directly to the nearest hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare facility.

AfriPharma360™ cannot dispatch emergency responders and should not be relied upon for emergency medical care.

4. Information We Collect

AfriPharma360™ may collect:

Sponsor contact information
Patient identification information
Location and address information
Medication information
Health conditions and allergy information
Emergency contact information
Communication preferences
Billing and subscription information

5. Use of Information

Information is used solely for:

Providing AfriPharma360™ services
Communicating with sponsors and patients
Supporting medication coordination activities
Supporting appointment coordination activities
Providing family updates and wellness communications
Managing subscriptions and billing
Compliance and quality assurance activities

6. Cross-Border Data Processing

Because AfriPharma360™ supports diaspora families, information may be processed, stored, transmitted, or accessed across multiple jurisdictions including Zimbabwe, the United States, and other countries where sponsors reside.

By enrolling in AfriPharma360™, sponsors consent to the collection, storage, processing, transmission, and cross-border transfer of information necessary to provide the service.

7. Privacy Commitment

AfriPharma Health Systems does not sell personal or health-related information.

Access to information is restricted to authorized personnel involved in delivering AfriPharma360™ services, quality oversight, compliance activities, and customer support.

8. Billing & Subscription Terms

AfriPharma360™ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and other approved payment providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by the subscriber.

9. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting:

Services may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

10. Service Limitations

Service availability may vary depending on:

Geographic location
Provider availability
Pharmacy availability
Transportation conditions
Communication infrastructure
