AfriPharma360™ is a healthcare coordination and family support service operated by AfriPharma Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd (“AfriPharma”, “we”, “us”). AfriPharma360™ assists families through healthcare navigation, medication coordination support, appointment coordination, wellness communication, family reporting, and related healthcare coordination activities.
AfriPharma360™ subscription fees cover coordination and support services only. Subscription fees do not include prescription medications, OTC products, pharmacy charges, delivery fees, medical consultations, laboratory services, hospital services, or other healthcare products or services.
AfriPharma360™ is not an emergency medical service, health insurance product, medical practice, clinical diagnosis service, pharmacy service, prescription fulfillment service, or replacement for direct medical care.
AfriPharma360™ does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, sell medications, dispense medicines, provide medical treatment, fulfill prescriptions, or make clinical decisions on behalf of patients.
All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the patient and their licensed healthcare providers.
AfriPharma360™ does not sell, prescribe, dispense, distribute, or fulfill prescription medications through its subscription service.
Prescription medications, OTC products, pharmacy services, consultations, laboratory services, delivery services, and other healthcare products or services are provided separately by licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, facilities, or approved service partners, and may require separate payment arrangements.
In a medical emergency, patients should immediately contact local emergency services or proceed directly to the nearest hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare facility.
AfriPharma360™ cannot dispatch emergency responders and should not be relied upon for emergency medical care.

Access to information is restricted to authorized personnel involved in delivering AfriPharma360™ services, quality oversight, compliance activities, and customer support.
We may share limited information with the following parties only as necessary to provide AfriPharma360™ services:
AfriPharma360™ may communicate with sponsors and patients via WhatsApp, email, phone, or other agreed channels for convenience and timely coordination.
If you prefer not to use WhatsApp or would like alternative communication arrangements, you may request this during onboarding or by contacting us.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and health-related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these terms. We then securely delete or anonymize information where appropriate.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
AfriPharma360™ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and other approved payment providers.
Subscription fees cover healthcare coordination, communication, family reporting, wellness support, appointment coordination, medication coordination support, and related non-clinical services.
Subscription fees do not include prescription medications, OTC products, pharmacy charges, delivery fees, medical consultations, laboratory services, hospital services, emergency medical services, or any other healthcare products or services provided by third parties.
Such products and services may require separate payment arrangements with the applicable provider, pharmacy, facility, or service partner.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by the subscriber.
