Structured chronic care support for diabetes, hypertension, asthma, HIV/AIDS, and other long-term conditions, including monitoring and adherence support where available.
Medicine delivery may be arranged through licensed pharmacy operations or delivery partners where available. Delivery fees and medication costs are charged separately from Care360 subscriptions.
Refill scheduling and reminders to support continuity of therapy for patients on chronic medication, with pharmacy charges handled separately.
Quality OTC health and wellness products, including analgesics, vitamins, skincare, and personal health items, available separately through pharmacy channels where offered.
AfriPharma Pharmacy services and Care360 operate as separate but complementary services. Care360 provides healthcare coordination and family support. Pharmacy services, including prescription medicines, OTC products, dispensing, counseling, and delivery, are provided separately through licensed pharmacy operations or licensed pharmacy partners.
Care360 subscription fees do not include the cost of prescription medications, OTC products, pharmacy charges, consultations, laboratory services, or delivery fees.
